CDX TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES ADVANCED ZIP CODE ANALYSIS SOFTWARE

CDX Technologies is pleased to announce the addition of new advanced functionality
for CDXZipStream, its application for importing zip code and other census-based
demographic data into Microsoft Excel. The new functions allow for quick zip code
look-up for any city, calculation of distances between zip codes and even a radius
calculation that returns lists of zip codes within a defined area. They can be

The new functions are:

CDXFindZip: Provides the zip code(s) associated with any city/state pair
combination.

CDXDistance: Calculates the distance between any two zip codes. Distance can be
stated in miles, kilometers or nautical miles.

CDXRadius: For a given zip code and radius distance, CDXRadius provides a list of
any zip codes within this area.

CDXZipStream is fully compatible with Microsoft Excel and requires no programming,
complex queries or awkward cut and paste operations. All data is stored in a local
database, so retrieval is very fast. Since CDXZipStream is not a web service there
are no access issues with corporate or computer firewalls, and a one-time purchase
of data means there are no continuing subscription-based fees. Database updates are
available on an as-needed basis.

CDXZipStream is a very economical alternative to more expensive demographic
databases, and combined with its ease of use and full compatibility with Excel, it
